




Position Summary: Support the implementation and configuration of the Advanced Medical Record (AMR), ensuring its proper operation and providing training and support to end users. Professional development in an environment that values analytical thinking and problem-solving. **Position Objective** Support the deployment, configuration, and go-live of the Advanced Medical Record (AMR), ensuring its correct operation and delivering training and support for end-user AMR utilization. **Duties and Responsibilities** · Support AMR installation and configuration. · Conduct functional testing to validate proper AMR operation prior to end-user training. · Provide end-user support for AMR functionality-related questions. · Document functional incidents arising from AMR operation. · Train end users on AMR usage. · Track incidents and escalate technical AMR issues to the appropriate department. · Prepare deliverables related to user training and support. **Technical Knowledge** · Fundamental concepts of information systems. · Windows operating systems. · Internet browsers. · Basic networking knowledge. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · ERP, CRM, or enterprise software experience is desirable. **Technical Competencies** · Analytical ability. · Attention to detail. · Process documentation. · Technical problem-solving. **Soft Skills** · Strong oral and written communication. · Customer orientation. · Teamwork. · Organization and time management. · Learning mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. · Stress tolerance. **Academic Qualifications** · Completed engineering degree or bachelor’s degree in fields including: * Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology. or Medicine or Nursing.
