**We are seeking:** Maintenance Assistant **Job objective:** Ensure the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and furniture by performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to the established schedule. Identify and report malfunctions for prompt resolution, thereby contributing to the company’s safety and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Carry out scheduled activities outlined in the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. Inspect and repair malfunctions in electrical installations, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other systems within the company. Identify and resolve failures in equipment, tools, and furniture, ensuring their operational readiness. Record performed maintenance actions and materials used in maintenance forms. Report any damage or malfunction in facilities or equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor. Support supervision of compliance with safety standards during company maintenance activities. Assist with adjustments and conditioning of work areas as needed.
