Job Summary:
Coordinate warehouse activities to control and fulfill materials and healthcare supplies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.

Job Objective
Carry out warehouse activities focused on controlling and fulfilling materials and healthcare supplies for hospitals, based on sound storage practices and standardized operating procedures, to ensure hospitals and end customers receive orders on time and with expected quality.
Main Responsibilities
1. Fulfill order templates according to purchase orders and established procedures to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries, thereby achieving customer satisfaction.
2. Receive healthcare supplies from CEDIS and suppliers based on invoice details and established processes to ensure materials are received timely and accurately.
3. Perform physical returns and system registration per procedure to support ongoing warehouse material control.
4. Conduct weekly and annual inventories per procedure to support material control and availability.
5. Register delivered healthcare supplies in the system to maintain accurate stock availability records.
6. Implement sound storage practices, nonconformance management (PNC), and risk-based inventory management (RPBI) to deliver high-quality service.
**Requirements:**
**Academic Qualification:** Completed High School Diploma
**Knowledge:** Mexican Official Standard NOM-059 Good Manufacturing Practices for Medicines, Mexican Official Standard NOM-241 Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices, Microsoft Office
**Work Experience:** Experience handling warehouse equipment and pharmaceutical materials, knowledge of cold-chain warehouse management, inventory analysis.
