




Job Summary: This role is responsible for comprehensive human resources management, including SUA, IMSS, personnel file control, vacations, and recruitment and selection processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel management and IMSS procedures (SUA and IDSE). 2. Personnel file, badge, vacation, and leave control. 3. Participation in recruitment, selection, and documentation archiving. ACTIVITIES: Knowledge of SUA and VARIABLES. Issuance and control of identification badges for all company personnel. Registration, termination, and personnel movement with IMSS via the SUA and IDSE systems. Data entry of collaborators into various systems required by the company. Receiving and processing personnel requisitions from other company departments. Publishing job openings on authorized media. Receiving applications, verifying employment references, and conducting interviews for new hires, supported by the requisitioner. Requesting onboarding documentation from approved candidates. Controlling and dispatching operators required by random for Anti-Doping testing. (MX \-USA) Archiving doping test results. Archiving and controlling administrative minutes. Maintaining and updating personnel files (documentation) for all company employees. Generating process performance indicators. Managing employee vacations. Managing employee payroll deductions. Managing employee leave requests.
