Training and onboarding of newly hired personnel. 2. Proactive equipment maintenance and fault management. 3. Knowledge of milling machines, CNC, and industrial tools. A metal-mechanical company is currently seeking a **Technical Supervisor**: **Responsibilities:** * Train and onboard newly hired personnel (including machine operation and shift rotation if staffing gaps occur) * Monitor critical spare parts replenishment * Manage consumables inventory * Ensure equipment remains operational * Document downtime incidents and implement corrective actions * Strong sense of urgency * Reduce setup time losses; cover production supervisor vacations and absences * Participate in safety and hygiene committees and emergency brigades * Manage OEE for the Bewo and packaging lines **Required Knowledge:** * Personnel supervision * Resource management * GD & T * LOTO * Industrial tool handling * Milling machines * TPM * CNC programming * High-volume disc cutters (Bewo, Adige, Rattunde, RCA) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Enhanced vacation bonus and year-end bonus * Minor medical expense insurance Interested candidates, please apply through this channel!
