Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate international shipments, inventory, and logistics, ensuring operational efficiency and collaboration with internal teams and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and coordinates international shipments and customs clearance. 2. Monitors inventory and updates ERP systems. 3. Collaborates with teams to optimize receiving and shipping processes. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor: Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Relations, International Trade, Logistics and Transportation, Foreign Trade, or related field. Must possess a valid visa and passport for travel to the USA for position-related training. ESSENTIAL: Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written (proficiency test required). Key Responsibilities: * Track shipments from India, monitor their arrival at the warehouse, and coordinate customs clearance. * Monitor container arrivals and unloading by the team. * Coordinate with the team to address any discrepancies and implement necessary corrective actions. * Monitor and update the ERP system with incoming inventory and shipments. * Collaborate with IT teams to establish and update processes for receiving goods from India and shipping to customers. * Coordinate weekly customer shipments. * Ensure ERP systems consistently reflect accurate inventory data. * Coordinate with customers to register required documentation.
