We are seeking organized individuals with strong attention to detail and solid knowledge of customs processes. The role requires technical-operational handling, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Ideal for candidates with experience in customs clearance and international trade documentation. **What the Candidate Will Do** * Customer service and tracking of customs and freight operations. * Coordination of customs clearance, including document requests and compliance with RRNA. * Capture, filing, and closure of customs petitions across various modes (maritime, air, land, etc.). * Preparation of shipments and completion of customs petitions according to Annex 22\. * Generation and management of customs clearance documents (COVES, DODA, PITA) and closure of digital files. * Reporting and management of databases in Excel. * Coordination with business partners and adherence to internal processes. **Basic Qualifications** * 0 to 1 year of experience in operations. * Completed bachelor's degree. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customs petition data entry * Customer service experience **About TP Laser** Uber Freight Mexico Customs, powered by TP Laser as Uber Freight's commercial partner in Mexico, provides customized customs clearance services between Mexico and the United States, supported by an unmatched combination of innovative technology and a dedicated team of international trade experts.
