Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** **Job Objective** Responsible for ensuring the supply of direct and indirect materials and spare parts to departments requesting them, maintaining Kanban racks with established inventory levels and corresponding identifications, and receiving both domestic and imported materials. **Key Responsibilities** * Keep the BAAN system updated for materials handled in external warehouses to ensure reliable inventories. * Ensure warehouse operators apply shipping procedures to meet customer delivery windows. * Monitor cyclic counts of finished goods to ensure reliable inventories. * Prepare purchase requisitions for services required by the department. * Review XRJ reports with the Quality Department to track supplier RTOs. * Monitor that the spare parts system is balanced and current, ensuring the MRO report is correctly generated for parts requests. * Review Bibles monthly to update minimum and maximum stock levels against new demand requirements. * Maintain a clean and organized work area following the 5S system. * Prepare annual inventories to achieve favorable fiscal and corporate reporting outcomes. **Education and Experience** * High school diploma or completed technical program minimum. * Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience or knowledge. **Required Competencies** * Proficiency in the BAAN system. * Experience using RF guns. * Ability to operate forklifts. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
