Corporate and Administrative City: YUCATAN Publication Date: Mar 2, 2026 Work Schedule: 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday Job Description: General Purpose: Maintain facilities in optimal condition through guidelines and internal processes, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance areas remain fully operational. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES. 1\. Visually inspect the conveyor belt system. Verify the absence of faults via the control panel to ensure it is in good operating condition. 2\. Keep conveyors clean through preventive maintenance to maintain them in optimal condition. 3\. Inspect the condition of metal components (bearings) on which and around which any machinery shaft rotates. Perform cleaning and lubrication to prevent wear on mechanical parts. 4\. Keep control panels clean by cleaning electrical circuits to prevent dust accumulation and avoid emergency shutdowns. 5\. Check the hydraulic pump oil level for telescopic loaders through preventive maintenance to prevent damage to the hydraulic system. 6\. Maintain telescopic discharge loaders in good condition through preventive maintenance to avoid delays in operations. 7\. Inspect the operation of warehouse curtains through preventive maintenance to prevent accidents involving operations personnel. 8\. Maintain lighting in good condition through maintenance to ensure adequate illumination for the yard, warehouse, and building. Decision-Making Internal Relationships 1\. Management: To exchange ideas regarding plaza maintenance. 2\. Security: For closed-circuit television system maintenance. 3\. Operations: For any anomalies related to conveyors, curtains, and telescopic loaders. 4\. Service Center: To support services for their facilities. 5\. TTE: To support services for their facilities. External Relationships 1\. Cleaning Services: To coordinate cleaning activities. 2\. Aguacele: To receive daily water supply. 3\. CFE: To receive electricity bills. 4\. Econtainer: For container changes and invoice receipt.
