We are looking for strategic, problem-solving talent with a vision for scalability. **What you will do** * Administer, configure, and monitor SQL Server and Oracle databases in hybrid environments (OnPrem \+ Azure). * Implement high availability and disaster recovery (HADR) strategies: AlwaysOn, Clustering, Log Shipping, Mirroring, Replication. * Participate in migrations, upgrades, patching, and infrastructure changes. * Perform backups, restorations, and ensure data integrity. * Optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts to improve performance. * Design relational databases with a focus on efficiency and scalability. * Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities. * Handle level 2 and 3 incidents with a collaborative approach. **What we are looking for** * Education: degrees related to technology fields * 3–5 years of experience as a DBA in SQL Server and Oracle. * Solid knowledge of HADR and high availability. * Experience in database migration to the cloud (Azure). * Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. * Ability to resolve technical incidents. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Adaptability to dynamic and multicultural environments. * Technical stack * SQL Server (OnPrem \& Azure) · Oracle · AlwaysOn · Failover Clustering · Log Shipping · Database Mirroring · Transactional Replication · SQL · PL/SQL · Azure * Plus * Certifications in database administration (SQL Server, Oracle). * Conditions * Net salary: $40,000 MXN * Mixed scheme \+ statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 am to 11:00 am (European client) * Work mode: 100% remote Job type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 per month Work location: Remote job
