- **Responsibilities:** Quality Information Systems design and support • Act as first point of contact and administrator for Quality Systems owned virtual servers, interfacing with IT support for upgrades and patches. • Maintain \& improve Quality database tools including but not limited to: o Early Detect, Early Correct (EDEC) and Warranty Cost Estimate (WCE) o Audit Tracking Tool (ATT) o Customer Warranty Invoice Processing via Oracle\-Endeca graphs o Warranty Debit Tracker (WATT) o Singapore quality systems database tools • Maintain documentation on each system, train new\-users and back\-up personnel on each major task • Develop other automation and tools as business needs are identified • Perform back\-ups and restore servers in case of failure. • Administrate all mySQL databases **Requirements:** • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or Information Systems or equivalent work experience • Proficient English • Previous experience using a relational database (MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle) • Basic html familiarity Intermediate level proficiency in PHP\-MySQL • Java scripting and/or JQuery experience • JPGraph and/or FPDF libraries experience • Familiarity with Linux architecture and webserver administration (Ubuntu). • Familiarity with Windows Server • Previous system architecture experience centered around complex data structures. • Ability to coalesce system requirements supplied by non\-technical individuals into a working system • Develop system structure and user interfaces focused on simplification and non\- technical users **WHY JOIN US?** * **You can grow at Aptiv.** Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs. * **You can have an impact** .
