We offer an inclusive environment, world-class challenges, and continuous professional development opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- All activities will be performed across multiple environments (development, validation, UAT, and production): * Maintain connections with ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES, LIMS, and other data sources. * Support CPV dashboards and analytics workflow processes. * Responsible for semi-annual server and system maintenance. * Collaborate on annual license renewals. * Participate in periodic activities such as SSL certificate updates, password rotations, backups and restoration, and disaster recovery. * Work closely with the client's IT team to maintain and update Citrix servers and security patches for systems like Crowdstrike. * Perform cleanup of Active Directory groups. * Responsible for level 3 support. * Collaborate in maintaining AWS instances. * Ensure all documentation is up to date to comply with FDA regulations. * Assist in creating and updating training materials. * Deliver training to end users and level 2 support teams. * Participate in validation activities (creation and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ). ### ### **Technical Requirements and Desired Experience for SysAdmin in the Pharmaceutical Industry** * Completed bachelor’s degree in computer science, bioinformatics, or related field. **• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
