The main objective of the position is to develop and strengthen the commercial presence in the northern region, building strong relationships with companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and logistics sectors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect, serve, and follow up with B2B corporate clients in Monterrey and surrounding areas. * Provide technical advice on packaging, wrapping, and cargo protection products. * Identify business opportunities, prepare quotations, and track orders. * Monitor prices, market conditions, and competitor performance. * Meet sales and service indicators (KPIs). **Profile Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical studies in Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or Business. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or industrial B2B sales, preferably in packaging and wrapping products. * Knowledge of the market and main competitors (Coverpack, Multiempaques, Novapack, Efiempaques, among others). * Ability to identify and prospect industrial clients. * Own vehicle and availability for field work. * Proven employment stability (minimum average of 2 years per job). **Key Competencies:** Discipline, punctuality, commitment, negotiation skills, results orientation, and technical-commercial focus. **Working Conditions:** * Base salary of $15,000 to $18,000 MXN monthly. * Commissions, gasoline allowance, cell phone, and laptop provided. * Statutory benefits after probation period (2 to 3 months). * Hybrid work model (home office and field). * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * Coverage area: Monterrey, Apodaca, San Nicolás, Escobedo, Guadalupe, Cumbres, and Saltillo. * Postal code: 64000\.
