Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are looking for: **Objective:** Promote and enable UDEM to become a place where all internal audiences are well-informed and feel a strong sense of belonging to the institution. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Lead the internal communications team. 2. Oversee overall area budget administration, quotations, vendor onboarding, agreements/contracts, etc. 3. Support coordination of the annual report and its derivative products. 4. Execute campaigns and deliver products on schedule as planned. 5. Monitor and ensure achievement of departmental performance indicators. 6. Ensure internal communication by projecting messages across digital channels (email distribution, digital signage, totems, etc.). 7. Develop messages for key audiences (Rectorate and Board of Trustees). **Essential Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Desirable: Journalistic skills.
