Opportunity for professional growth A company dedicated to the distribution, marketing, and logistics of food products is seeking an Operations Coordinator to map, supervise, and monitor the operational route managed in the United States. Responsibilities: * Route scheduling * Monitoring of unit loading and unloading * 24/7 response and follow-up on incidents * Updating and preparing operational reports * Managing and updating transportation systems * Reviewing and validating distributor settlements * Direct interaction with distributors * Monitoring trip status and communicating with the operations team Requirements: * Experience in transportation or logistics operations * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) * Experience with operating systems or logistics platforms * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with operators * Analytical and monitoring capabilities * Availability to address operational incidents We Offer: * Statutory benefits * IMSS registration * Biweekly payroll via Banorte Bank * Opportunity for growth * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
