Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Computer Systems Technician with experience in routing, switching, IP telephony, and on-site technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Position Sought: Field Computer Systems Technician Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Title preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, or on-site/field technical support engineer with MW and GPON experience * 2 years of experience * Personal motorcycle * Laptop computer (Windows) * Personal smartphone (Android) * Valid driver's license Responsibilities: * Respond to Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice-related faults * Respond to faults involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Firmware/image loading * Troubleshooting (networks) * Fieldwork We Offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Rotating day off from Monday to Sunday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
