As Store Manager, you will be the highest responsible in administrative, economic, and labor areas, ensuring economic profitability, staff discipline, proper administration and operation, as well as compliance with business indicators. Responsibilities: * Supervise and direct daily store operations. * Ensure the store's economic profitability. * Train and develop staff to maintain high customer service standards. * Efficiently manage store resources and inventory. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Monitor product quality and presentation, as well as adherence to safety standards.
