Join a dynamic team with real opportunities for stability and growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate port operations (loading and unloading). * Supervise unit and container entries (gate in). * Schedule and verify equipment positioning. * Organize and track local and foreign shipments. * Manage container shipments and documentation. * Control container assignment and return. * Maintain effective communication with suppliers and operators. * Assist in administrative control of logistical movements. **Requirements** * Experience in logistics operations, traffic, or shipping (Essential). * Knowledge of transportation processes and documentation. * Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. * Availability for on-site work in Pedreras, Escobedo. * Technical or related education Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am / Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
