**Position Summary** Ensure that the operation obtains a process\-based approach by applying continuous improvement, implementing, and coordinating projects that ensure an efficient operation and complying with the company's indicators, satisfying the requirements of our internal and external clients. **Responsibilities** * Execute continuous improvement activities in multifunctional teams. * Guarantee the use of continuous improvement tools for the implementation of projects. * Develop and implement new products and processes. * Document manufacturing processes according to our document control system. * Ensure the training of new manufacturing processes for operational personnel. * Work with Sr. Engineer on the coordination of production lines or machinery. * Investigate and plan investment projects for new technologies. * Execute manufacturing samples for external clients. * Ensure compliance with the specifications of our clients. * Provide excellent service to internal and external clients. * Review order backlog to ensure that production method is in placed (tools, CT, fixtures routing steps, etc) * Develop standard work systems. * Balance manufacturing lines based on time and movement recording studies. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline. * 1 year of experience in process engineering or manufacturing related role. * Intermediate English. * Lean (Basic \- Intermediate). * Balancing Lines (Basic \- Intermediate). * Basic knowledge of Minitab. * Management of Design Tools could be Solid Work or Inventor (Basic – Intermediate) * Geometric Tolerances \& interpretation of drawings (Basic – Intermediate) * Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, or AutoCAD). * Knowledge of tools for problem solving. * Desirable Experience in Equipment / Product Transfers. * Organized * Strong interpersonal skills. * Analytical * Ability to handle conflicts * Strong communication skills * Responsible * Integrate * Team oriented * Self\-motivated * Motivated by your goals * VISA **Parker Hannifin** Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies and systems.
