Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized field technician with a service-oriented attitude for the installation and support of Internet equipment, ensuring proper functionality at customer sites. Maintaining constant communication with the NOC We seek individuals with a service-oriented attitude, responsibility, organization, and availability to perform on-site installations. Base Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León Coverage: Northern region of the Republic Experience: 1–2 years in Internet service installation, cabling, fiber optics, wireless links, networking, or field support. English: Basic level for reading instructions or manuals. Compensation: $15,000 base + per diem + fuel + tools + safety equipment. Required Profile Education: TSU or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Networking (graduated, intern, or 100% credits completed) Experience: 1–2 years in similar roles Ability to drive a car (valid driver’s license) Job Objective Install Internet equipment, conduct functionality tests, and confirm proper operation of equipment at each customer site. Main Responsibilities On-site installation of Internet equipment Testing equipment and service functionality Obtaining customer signature of acceptance upon completion of each service Sending installation reports and photos via WhatsApp Contacting customers to confirm installation date and time Maintaining constant communication with the NOC Submitting weekly service reports Installing new services and tracking reports Working Hours Flexible schedule, aligned with scheduled installations and commitments established per state.
