Database-level configurations and adjustments **Functional Analyst / Application Support (SQL) – Nuevo León** **Location:** Nuevo León **Work Mode:** Hybrid (as per project) **Required Experience:** 2+ years **Job Description** We are looking for a **Functional Analyst / Application Support** professional to ensure the stability and operational efficiency of the **NCA (Nuevo Ciclo Activo)** platform. The person in this role will act as a **technical-functional liaison**, supporting incident resolution, database configurations, and business requirement analysis. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and search for **system error logs**. * Diagnose and **resolve application failures**. * Develop and execute **test cases (QA)** to validate changes. * **Manage and monitor workflows** within the system. * Provide **end-user support** and handle incidents. * Track **system corrections applied**. * Perform **database-level configurations and adjustments**. * Analyze processes and **document functional requirements**. * Identify operational issues through **log and database analysis**. **Requirements** * **2+ years of experience** in enterprise application support or functional consulting. * Experience working with **Oracle databases (advanced SQL)**. * Knowledge of **Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2**. * Experience in **functional testing (QA)** execution. * Proficiency with log and file analysis tools. * Familiarity with **Microsoft Office**. **Tools and Technologies** * **Oracle SQL / Oracle SQL Developer** * **Microsoft Server 2008 R2** * **NCA (Nuevo Ciclo Activo)** platform * Text editors for log analysis (Notepad++ or others) * **Microsoft Office** suite **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and **problem diagnosis**. * **Sense of urgency** when handling critical incidents. * **Technical-functional communication** with users and development teams. * Ability to understand **operational and business processes**. **Desirable** * Experience working with **industrial operation systems or ERP systems**. **If you have experience in SQL, system support, and functional analysis, we would love to meet you.
