We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and personal development. *Job Requirements:* * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising finishes (mass housing) * Immediate availability * **Mandatory: Must reside in Nuevo León.** *Job Responsibilities:* * Preparation and execution of interior and exterior finishes; plastering, flooring, stucco, scraping, tiling, painting, etc. * Electrical, plumbing, gas installations, etc. * Leak testing * Preparation and monitoring of checklists * Preparing homes for the customer delivery department * Handling and follow-up on warranties * Material and tool requisitions * Payment estimates for contractors and subcontractors * Supervision and attendance control of assigned personnel.
