





Responsibility Ensure service, advisory, and employee administration based on established Human Resources criteria, policies, and strategies, with the purpose of guaranteeing proper management and satisfaction of human capital needs. * Manage personnel administration, files, disabilities, hires, separations, settlements, legal matters, and organizational structure * Process new hire onboarding: contract preparation and signing, benefits enrollment, payroll card issuance, food vouchers, and affiliation documents * Perform the pre-payroll process by consolidating all payroll incidents for the payment period and validating their correct recording * Manage employee offboarding processes from settlement request to termination of the employment relationship * Provide employee support services including drafting letters and certificates, processing income verification requests, payroll-deducted services, and medical orders.
