Requirements: * Gender: Indistinct * Age: 25 to 40 years old * Education: Technical career or technical high school diploma in a related field * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial safety or similar position * Basic knowledge of STPS regulations * Fieldwork experience * Proactive, responsible person with a strong sense of urgency * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team Desirable: * DC-3 certification for hazardous work * Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) * First aid training Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with safety regulations in the field * Verify correct use of PPE * Support risk analysis prior to each activity * Conduct safety walkthroughs and inspections * Identify and report unsafe acts or conditions * Follow up on basic corrective actions * Participate in safety inductions and training sessions * Record evidence, reports, and forms * Compile and update safety files * Verify safe conditions of tools and equipment * Control and issue PPE to personnel * Support during audits and on-site incident response We offer: * Gross weekly salary: $4,400.00 * Attendance bonus: $440.00 per week * Punctuality bonus: $440.00 per week * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers: $1,261.48 Important: Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular hours in case of client equipment failures or requests.
