To be successful as a CNC Machinist, you will: * Execute standard work independently. * Setup, operate, and inspect value stream workstation output. * Setup, operate, inspect, and troubleshoot CNC and manual machines necessary to execute standard work. * Execute standard work with a high degree of quality and near zero quality discrepancies. * Execute standard work to meet efficiency standards on all tasks. * Assess and resolve simple problems in execution of standard work with support from others on complex tasks.
