




**Job Description** GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Coordinate the supply of materials for the creation of work orders for Production, as required by Production Control. RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS: 2.1 Organization, Planning and Control. 2.1.1 Follow work instructions received from the Replenishment Supervisor. 2.1.2 Coordinate material supply to meet required quality standards. 2.1.3 Comply with applicable procedures and ensure compliance by subordinates. 2.1.4 Verify that all assigned materials are supplied and have been transferred to the next stage. 2.1.5 Verify and/or balance the workload of personnel under supervision to ensure timely material supply. 2.1.6 Control communication equipment, scanners, and forklifts used in the supply process. 2.1.7 Maintain good communication with the Supervisor regarding any situation affecting supply results or necessary process changes to improve quality, efficiency, and/or safety. 2.1.8 Participate in company-required activities and programs. 2.1.9 Maintain a positive work environment and proper discipline during working hours. 2.1.10 Comply with company rules and policies. 2.1.11 Conduct oneself with respect toward all company employees and external personnel. 2.2 Communications 2.2.1 Promote teamwork. 2.2.2 Attend and participate in meetings. 2.2.3 Maintain effective communication with Supervisor and other colleagues. 2.3 Employee Relations 2.3.1 Always treat coworkers with respect (values). 2.3.2 Foster a positive work environment. 2.4 Safety and Health 2.4.1 Prioritize personal safety and the safety of coworkers. 2.4.2 Report unsafe conditions and participate in their correction. 2.4.3 Avoid unsafe acts and report knowledge of such acts. 2.4.4 Follow company regulations and policies. 2.4.5 Comply with the 5'S program. 2.5 Quality Systems 2.5.1 Follow supply procedures and methods. 2.5.2 Comply with the 5'S program.
