Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates vehicle maintenance operations, managing personnel and ensuring service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and motivates teams of mechanics and technicians. 2. Ensures compliance with maintenance and quality programs. 3. Manages inventory and reports key performance indicators. **Operational Management:** * Coordinates and assigns daily work orders, ensuring timely completion. * Inspects vehicles to diagnose failures and recommend repairs. * Supervises adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance programs. **Personnel Management:** * Leads and motivates the team of mechanics and technicians. * Trains new staff and evaluates performance. **Quality and Resource Control:** * Verifies the quality of completed work. * Manages inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ordering supplies as needed. * Prepares management reports and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. **Required Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * 2 years of fleet experience. * Advanced technical knowledge in mechanics and diagnostics. * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. * Proficiency with shop information systems.
