Training Support

- Responsible to the Training Supervisor for delivering the O\+EB process and training to operational and indirect personnel, promoting adult education, executing STPS controls, Internal Control, EOS, procedures and training instructions, and supporting compliance with RH's OS in the business process. **Required Skills** * High school diploma, technical career, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Pedagogy / Psychology / Computer Systems Engineering or a related field. * Effective communication and verbal fluency. * Four-step method. * Teamwork. * Group control and management. * Basic computer equipment handling. * Intermediate MS Office skills. * Basic English.**General Functions** * Deliver the Orientation \+ Basic Training program for new employees. * Coordinate the Orientation \+ Basic Training program. * Manage logistics for the O\+EB program (materials, instructors, and rooms). * Deliver theoretical/practical training. * Administer theoretical/practical exams. * Prepare DC\-3 format documents. * Record entries in the electronic system LAS. * Deliver training according to the skill development plan for direct and indirect personnel. * Develop instructional materials. * Create training plans jointly with involved departments. * Coordinate logistics (invitations, materials, instructors, and rooms). * Record entries in the electronic system LAS. * Support and follow-up on internal and legal systems. * Control and documentation to comply with internal EOS systems. * Control and documentation to meet internal, external (BSI), and legal audits. * Support logistics for training events. * Assist in the design of instructional materials. * Coordinate room logistics. * Prepare instructional materials (attendance lists, event evaluations, etc.). * Coordinate and support educational programs. * Liaise with INEA. * Support INEA in schooling projects. * Perform any other job-related activities associated with the position.Privacy Notice \- Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy\-notice\-active\-candidates Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
