Job Summary: Responsible for strictly controlling the inbound and outbound flow of trailer containers in the plant's supply chain, ensuring adherence to procedures and certifications. Key Highlights: 1. Manages trailer inbound and outbound activities within the supply chain. 2. Ensures compliance with certifications such as C-TPAT/OEA. 3. Collaborates with asset security and logistics operations. **Job Description** **General Description:** Responsible for strict control of inbound and outbound trailer containers belonging to the plant's supply chain, including imports, exports, inter-plant movements, warehouse transfers, yard movements, and staging areas. **Responsibilities:** **Organization, Planning, and Control:** * Ensures proper implementation of vehicle inbound and outbound control measures for PDM’s supply chain vehicles, in accordance with established procedures and protocols. * Conducts mandatory inspections required by C-TPAT or OEA certifications. * Records inspections in the cross-docking movement platform. * Complies with PDM’s asset security procedures. * Applies export seals jointly with the Customs Department assistant. * Responsible for managing trailer inbound and outbound operations at assigned access points (Booth 2, Booth 9, Oradel Yard, OW12\). * Supports control of supplier and contractor vehicle access to ensure smooth vehicular traffic flow at access points. * Collaborates with K9 inspection teams. **Communications:** * Maintains effective, efficient, and timely communication with Control Center 110, on-duty Asset Security Administrator, and Asset Security Supervisor. **Employee Relations:** * Identifies departmental leaders from Import/Export, Customs, and Warehousing to facilitate information sharing and streamline operations. **Safety and Health:** Follows and monitors company EHS safety rules. * **Quality Systems:** * Ensures compliance with quality standards. * Ensures implementation and enforcement of the quality policy. **Professional Profile** **Experience / Technical Knowledge** * Logistics operations, trailer inspections, yard and logistics staging area operations. * C-TPAT/OEA. **Competencies / Soft Skills** * Disciplined. * Proactive. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Strict adherent to rules and processes. **Education** * Completed high school.
