We are seeking a highly experienced **Logistics Operations Manager** with a strategic mindset to lead our operations team. This position is key within the company, as it will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and optimizing daily logistics processes in domestic and international transportation. The ideal candidate must have **at least 5 years of verifiable experience in logistics and transportation**, strong industry connections, and a results-driven mindset focused on profitability and business growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily supervision and support of the operations team, ensuring compliance with timelines, processes, and service quality. * Opening new markets through negotiation and development of solid relationships with **reliable suppliers** and **potential clients**. * Direct customer service and support, guaranteeing prompt responses and effective solutions to their needs. * Preparation and monitoring of **reports and Excel spreadsheets** (weekly and/or biweekly) on performance, costs, KPI achievement, and monthly targets. * Design and implementation of strategies to strengthen the land logistics area, as well as coordination of international operations. * Immediate resolution of operational issues, making **fast and effective decisions** under pressure. * Leadership of the team, inspiring commitment, discipline, and results orientation. * Collaboration with sales and management teams to ensure achievement of the company's growth objectives. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field (desirable). * **Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience** in national and international transportation logistics. * Experience leading work teams with demonstrable results. * **Advanced English (spoken and written)** essential. * Knowledge of customs regulations, international trade, and transportation documentation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and logistics/operations management systems. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. * Strong connections within the logistics industry (carriers, customs brokers, corporate clients, etc.). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Commission on new clients. * Opportunities for career advancement within the company. * Dynamic and professional work environment. * The opportunity to represent and strengthen a key department in a growing company.
