At *Transportes Orta* we are looking for an **International Logistics Supervisor** with experience in transportation operations between **Mexico and the United States**. The selected candidate will be responsible for **coordinating and supervising border crossings**, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines, documentation, and applicable regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise logistics operations at the **Nuevo Laredo** terminal. * Coordinate movements with **B1 and transfer** operators. * Monitor unit status, crossing times, and deliveries. * Resolve operational incidents and report results to the traffic department. * Maintain constant communication with customers, customs, and operators. * Prepare performance reports and metrics. **Requirements:** * **Minimum of 3 years’ experience** in logistics or international traffic. * **Knowledge of B1 operations, transfers, and customs procedures.** * **Valid visa (required).** * Proficiency with satellite tracking systems and route management. * Ability to lead teams and solve problems under pressure. * **Flexible schedule availability** and readiness for fieldwork when necessary. * **Intermediate Excel skills** and familiarity with digital tracking tools. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment and operational support.
