




**Job Description** General Objective: Provide first and second level support to end users regarding Hardware and/or Software in PDM, assisting in person, remotely, or by phone. Responsibilities: Daily recording of various incidents related to information technologies (hardware/software) in the HEAT system, as well as their resolution. End-user support (hardware/software troubleshooting). Provide support for various technology devices used by the company in its different processes, such as tablets, mobile devices, laptops, PCs, printers, hand\-helds, etc. As well as for various Windows-based applications. Diagnosis and resolution of incidents related to end-user information technologies. Install Windows images on company-approved PCs and laptops using SCCM. Assist in the inventory of IT equipment, including asset identification, part numbers, configuration information, licenses, etc. Assist in escalating third-level incidents or those requiring involvement from other IT areas in PDM or corporate offices (Server Team, Network Team, etc.). Participate in hardware/software projects, implementations, and/or upgrades. Request technology purchases (hardware/software) for various PDM users. Assist in the installation of equipment (hardware and network devices) according to the company's needs. Maintain, manage, and support the company's wired and wireless network infrastructure. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in end-user support. Knowledge of Windows-based applications. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Troubleshooting skills in Windows. Support for Windows-based software such as SAP, AS400, Office versions 2016 and 365\. Knowledge of structured wired and wireless networks LAN, WAN, and their various protocols such as DHCP, TCP/IP.
