*This position is from the job board Talenteca.com* ### **Job opening for PRIDA SERVICOS CORPORATIVOS in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas** ***PRIDA SERVICOS CORPORATIVOS is seeking a Tariff Annotator in Nuevo Laredo*** **Main Responsibilities** * Perform timely review and annotation of import and export customs entries. * Validate compliance with tariff and non-tariff regulations according to current legislation. * Calculate customs duties and taxes arising from operations. * Review supporting documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, permits, resolutions, tariff preferences, etc.). * Verify the correct application of entry identifiers and codes (temporary, definitive, among others). * Document Non-Conforming Discrepancies (NCD) when differences exist between documentation and applicable regulations. * Participate in the review of goods prior to clearance and support internal or external audits. * Maintain updated database of tariff classifications and applicable regulations. * Advise internal and external clients on matters of classification, regulations, and customs compliance. **Specific Activities** * Tariff classification of imported and exported goods according to the General Law on Import and Export Taxes (LIGIE) and its complementary rules. * Determination and validation of applicable non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * Application and compliance with the Customs Law, its Regulations, and the Federal Tax Code. * Review of safety, marketing, and labeling standards. * Verification of certificates of origin and resolutions issued by the Ministry of Economy. * Support in the annotation of import and export operations. **Required Knowledge** * Customs Law and Regulations of the Customs Law. * Annex 22, TIGIE / LIGIE, and complementary rules. * Non-tariff regulations and restrictions (NTRR). * Calculation of taxes and contributions for foreign trade. * Tariff classification of goods. * Management of tariff databases, VUCEM, and customs management systems. * Identification and correction of errors in customs entry data entry. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 to 2 years as a Customs/Tariff Annotator. **We Offer:** * COMPETITIVE SALARY * STATUTORY AND ABOVE-STATUTORY BENEFITS If interested, please send your CV to the following emails: reclutamiento@\* \*@\* **Desired education level:** Higher education \- graduated **Desired experience level:** Mid Level **Departmental function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** International trade and Development **Skills:** * foreign trade * customs *This vacancy comes from the job board Talenteca.com:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=691cfb7f5900002500406f55\&source\=indeed*
