Position Summary: We are seeking an Import and Export Executive with experience in customs operations, responsible for coordinating and tracking cargo clearance from start to finish. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in foreign trade / customs brokerage 2. Knowledge of customs entry preparation (A1, IN, RT, V1, H8, AJ) 3. Proficiency in GLOBAL PC and Aduanet systems We are seeking an **Import and Export Executive** with experience in customs operations, responsible for coordinating and tracking cargo clearance from start to finish, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Requirements * Proven experience in foreign trade / customs brokerage * Essential knowledge of customs entry preparation: * A1, IN, RT, V1, H8, AJ * Proficiency in: * Consolidated import and export shipments * **GLOBAL PC** and **Aduanet** systems * Tracking operations from origin to destination * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency * English (preferred) Responsibilities * Preparation and validation of customs entries * Coordination with clients, carriers, and authorities * Tracking of shipments (imports and exports) * Document review and customs compliance * Ongoing communication with clients regarding status updates Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $3,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
