Analista Senior de Importación y Exportación
**Descripción del puesto**
**Objetivo General:**
Tendrá la responsabilidad de revisar y confirmar los correctos procesos de importación y exportación de mercancías, verificación de información en diferentes software, transmisión de información a VUCEM\-SAT, agentes aduanales, transportistas, etc., monitoreo de envíos, notificación de estatus a clientes internos y externos, así como seguimiento de discrepancias reportadas en los embarques.
**Responsabilidades:**
* Revisión del control de sellos, asignación de consecutivos de pedimentos, revisión de la correcta información y seguimiento para la actualización en tiempo y forma del STC y otras herramientas relacionadas.
* Elaboración y revisión de pedimentos, actualización de información y generación de reportes, revisión de cumplimiento de regulaciones, permisos de salud, reglas octavas y consecutivos de pedimentos.
* Revisión de información necesaria para la importación y exportación de equipo, refacciones y consumibles en los diferentes software utilizados.
* Seguimiento de proceso de importación y exportación, así como el monitoreo de embarques urgentes e incidencias por motivos aduanales o logísticos, o cualquier otra afectación que interrumpa el proceso de entrega de material de mercancía.
* Seguimiento de las obligaciones en la transmisión de información a los diferentes sistemas gubernamentales, despachos en contingencia, eliminación de información, retransmisiones, etc.
* Llevar los registros necesarios para el monitoreo y reporte de estatus de facturas en proceso de liberaciones de FDA a clientes internos y externos.
* Coordinar el correcto trámite de embarques in bond, cálculo de impuestos y monitoreo de tiempos de vencimiento.
* Revisión y soporte en la operación de la esterilizadora: reporte de órdenes abiertas, correcciones, envío de información, confirmación de estatus.
* Soporte en auditorías internas y/o externas de comercio exterior y aduanas.
* Soporte en la revisión de facturas para pago a participantes de la cadena logística.
* Dar soporte en los reconocimientos ante la aduana cuando sea necesario.
* Brindar soporte e información a los diferentes puestos del departamento de la empresa, así como participar activamente en los proyectos de mejora que se realicen así como capacitaciones.
