Don't think twice, AVANZA Loop is waiting for you to grow together. **Activities** Reception and review of client's legal documentation, ensuring it complies with the requirements established by the company (articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, RFC, tax receipt, identification, etc.). * Validate the authenticity and validity of received documentation before proceeding with client onboarding. * Register and onboard new clients into the system according to internal procedures. * Compile and update the client’s digital file, ensuring it is complete and compliant with established requirements. * Coordinate with key personnel for risk validation in operations and proceed with client onboarding. * Follow up with clients who have incomplete or expired documentation, requesting the necessary updates. * Maintain confidentiality and safeguard information in accordance with personal data protection policies. * Prepare control reports on onboarding and updates for review by the responsible department. * Support internal or external audits. Traffic Assistant Activities – B1 and National Operational control and coordination * Assign, coordinate, and track trips for B1 and National units. * Verify operator and equipment availability before assigning loads. * Monitor units in real time using tracking systems.
