**Financial Analysis & Reporting** **•** Support reconciliations (Oracle vs ASPEL) and mapping to corporate reporting. **•** Perform variance analysis (POR vs. Actual) and provide detailed commentary on cost drivers and margin trends **•** Assist America’s Controller with ad-hoc requests. **Sales Commission Calculation & Control** Design, calculate, and validate monthly sales commissions for: \- U.S. Direct \- Mexico Direct \- Outside Reps \- International • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Regional Managers to validate data and obtain approval. • Maintain methodology documentation for audit purposes. • Initiate and monitor the payment process to ensure commissions are paid accurately and on time. **Fixed assets:** • Maintain updated records of fixed assets in Mexico and reconcile with corporate records. • Control additions, disposals, depreciation, and transfers. • Monitor CIP (Construction in Progress) projects and ensure timely capitalization. **AR’s (Appropriation Requests) CONTROL** • Prepare, review, and follow up on capital investment requests (AR’s). • Ensure documentation and approvals according to corporate policies. • Monitor execution versus approved budget.
