




Job Summary: STO Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the technology selection process and implementation of A2A (Account-to-Account) payment solutions as a key consultant for our client. Compensation is provided as professional fees. **6\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst – Senior Technology Selection Consultant (RFI)** **Position Details:** * **Location:** CDMX (Hybrid model: 3 days at client offices / 2 days remote). * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM * **English:** Intermediate (ability to interact with global vendors). **Role Purpose** As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end **RFI (Request for Information)** process and technology partner selection. You will serve as the critical bridge among business, IT, and external vendors to ensure world-class implementation of A2A (Account\-to\-Account) payment solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Elicitation:** Define functional and non-functional requirements (orchestration, routing, anti-fraud, ISO 20022\). * **RFI Leadership:** Design and maintain the RFI package, evaluation matrices, scorecards, and executive presentations. * **Stakeholder Management:** Facilitate workshops and committees with executives for decision-making. * **Comparative Analysis:** Evaluate technical proposals (benchmarking), identify compliance gaps and implementation risks. * **Partner Selection:** Build the executive narrative and final vendor recommendation (shortlist) for the steering committee. **What Profile Are We Seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** 6\+ years in **Digital Banking, Payments (SPEI, APIs, reconciliation)**, and vendor selection processes (RFI/RFP). * **Hard Skills:** Project management (Agile/Waterfall), process modeling, and conceptual knowledge of KYC/AML. * **Soft Skills:** Strong synthesis ability, executive communication, and vendor negotiation skills. **Desirable Qualifications (Plus)** * Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master. * Prior experience with payment orchestrators or core banking integration. * Advanced English. **Benefits and Culture** * Opportunity to work on high-financial-impact projects. * Hybrid work model promoting work-life balance. * Direct exposure to executive leadership and global technology vendors.
