**Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Written and reading English skills. * Experience in communication with operators or drivers. * Experience in shipment tracking and customer service (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in messaging tools (WhatsApp, email). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. * General knowledge of logistics or transportation processes. * Ability to read BOL for general freight and Hazmat. * Ability to follow established procedures. **Daily Responsibilities:** * Assist operators via WhatsApp and other communication channels. * Update customers on the status of their shipments via WhatsApp and/or email. * Record and report daily incidents. * Support Southbound planning activities. * Close trips in the system. * Manage and organize documents received at the counter (BOL, driver envelopes).
