Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to investigate credit conditions, supervise billing processes, assess risks, and ensure compliance with credit policies, coordinating with various departments. Support the Credit, Billing, and Collections Manager in generating customer onboarding entries in the various systems implemented at TRANSMEX. 7\. Supervise and advise the accounts receivable analyst on managing the portfolio with overdue balances, and provide support in negotiations to recover overdue credits when necessary. 8\. Provide extended-hour assistance regarding rapid assessments for credit limit increases to customers, aiming to prevent operational disruptions. 9\. Review credit limit increase requests and process them with Management for authorization. 10\. Contribute to achieving and updating the collections target. 11\. Collaborate with designated department personnel to develop and implement tools necessary to improve departmental processes and systems. 12\. Provide training and assistance in various administrative tasks for the department. 13\. Proactively work to help others achieve organizational goals.
