Credit and Collections Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to investigate credit conditions, supervise billing processes, assess risks, and ensure compliance with credit policies, coordinating with various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced credit and solvency analysis. 2. Risk management and improvement of billing processes. 3. Interdepartmental collaboration for organizational objectives. 1\. Conduct advanced credit-related investigations as required, including: financial statement analysis, ratio calculations (liquidity, profitability, and efficiency), in-depth review of third-party commercial reports, solicitation and analysis of trade references, and other resources to evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. 2\. Assign and supervise customer billing and collections investigation and review tasks, and deliver required customer specifications to respective internal departments (Pricing, Control Desk, Operations, CSR) to initiate operations. 3\. Develop risk assessment projects to help reduce credit exposure for vulnerable customers or customers not reviewed over a relatively long period. 4\. Support credit policy compliance at each stage across Group companies (Transmex and Swift Logistics). 5\. Maintain coordination with various company departments (Sales, Customer Service, Quotations, etc.) to ensure internal and external customer needs are met. 6\. Support the Credit, Billing, and Collections Manager in generating customer onboarding entries in the various systems implemented at TRANSMEX. 7\. Supervise and advise the accounts receivable analyst on managing the portfolio with overdue balances, and provide support in negotiations to recover overdue credits when necessary. 8\. Provide extended-hour assistance regarding rapid assessments for credit limit increases to customers, aiming to prevent operational disruptions. 9\. Review credit limit increase requests and process them with Management for authorization. 10\. Contribute to achieving and updating the collections target. 11\. Collaborate with designated department personnel to develop and implement tools necessary to improve departmental processes and systems. 12\. Provide training and assistance in various administrative tasks for the department. 13\. Proactively work to help others achieve organizational goals.
