




Profile and activities description. Your main function is to assist customers who, for any reason, did not receive their package at home. We collect packages that could not be delivered due to damage or incorrect recipient information, and then locate the senders. Provide cost estimates to customers intending to file a complaint regarding damaged packages. Requirements: High school diploma minimum. Six months of customer service experience. Availability to work Monday through Saturday (Saturdays are half-day).
