





**Job Description** **Overview:** Ensure achievement of established goals in Safety, Quality, and Production. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prioritize the safety of personnel under supervision. * Report unsafe conditions and participate in their correction. * Educate staff to avoid engaging in unsafe acts. * Achieve established quality goals (zero holds, zero customer complaints). * Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled shift start time for shift handover (communication and follow-up on previous shift pending items). * Start production line on time. * Complete the daily roll assigned by supervisor (material preparation, personnel entry in Protrack, timely shift startup). * Monitor and resolve daily issues on assigned line (Line Downs \= 0, C\-Holds, Reworks \= 0, Scale downs, Line clearance, etc.). * Be available to support after shift if any pending tasks remain unresolved. * Implement "First In, First Out (FIFO)" practices. * Follow up on orders from the previous shift. * Maintain personnel logged into Protrack and make required updates for each work order. * Adhere to standard times for each operation (diapering, component placement, sealing). * Follow established procedures (use tray for first article, use spacer for start-end order, use cones, etc.). * Maintain continuous processing on the production line. * Promote teamwork. * Treat coworkers with respect at all times (company values). * Foster a positive work environment. * Comply with company rules and policies. **Required Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Production * Knowledge of Quality criteria * Personnel management * Software Skills: Office Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * AS400 knowledge * 80% English proficiency **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-Oriented * Leadership * Ability to Work Under Pressure **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree.
