**TECHNICAL ADVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION** As a Technical Advisor for Mining Rock Bits, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to customers, guiding them toward loyalty and ensuring sales growth. Your daily tasks will include delivering specialized guidance to customers regarding drilling equipment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related degree * Residency in Durango, Dgo. * Willingness to travel * Class B driver's license * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide specialized support for the operation, maintenance, and repair of drilling machinery, ensuring proper functionality and equipment efficiency. * Train field personnel on appropriate machinery usage, safety procedures, and best operational practices. * Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to extend equipment service life and avoid unplanned downtime. * Evaluate new equipment * Diagnose and resolve technical failures promptly to minimize downtime. * Prepare technical reports, record activities, and maintain up-to-date documentation of equipment operations and maintenance.
