




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to manage personnel administration, payroll, and labor relations in the mining sector. Key Highlights: 1. Support in compliance with internal policies and labor regulations We seek an organized, proactive individual with experience in personnel administration, payroll, and labor relations within the mining sector. Responsibilities: * Payroll preparation and administration. * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Personnel incident tracking (absences, leave requests, disabilities, vacations, etc.). * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and status modifications. * Preparation and follow-up of personnel files. * Drafting of administrative minutes. * Coordination of hiring and onboarding of new employees. * Support in compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. * Mining sector experience is desirable. * Knowledge of payroll and labor legislation. * Experience managing personnel incidents and labor relations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to work at a mine site. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
