**Job Summary.** The Quality Supervisor is responsible for monitoring compliance with food safety and quality requirements, procedures, forms, regulatory requirements, laboratory test follow-up, non-conforming product follow-up, holds, as well as the implementation and monitoring of SQF, pre\-requisites, HACCP plans, and corrective actions.
