




Job Summary: Develops programs and operates CNC and conventional machinery for part manufacturing, performing adjustments and quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Programming in languages such as HSM WORKS and FUSION 360 2. Setup and operation of CNC and conventional machines (4- and 5-axis milling) 3. Handling of steels and plastics, and application of continuous improvement · Develop programs in various languages to ensure accurate part manufacturing HSM WORKS, FUSION 360, FEATURE CAM · Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines for tasks including drilling, polishing, and milling (4- and 5-axis) · Interpret task specifications and desired outcomes by reading mechanical drawings and schematics. · Prepare and load raw materials and components into machines. · Handle steels and plastics, · Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results · Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against requirements to determine whether the process has been completed satisfactorily · Use grinders, cutters, saws, etc. · Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. · Knowledge of and ability to develop continuous improvement programs Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
