**Responsibilities / Duties:**
* Provide direct therapeutic services to program participants as needed, including group work and family therapy.

* Develop and deliver trainings/workshops for both family groups and sector colleagues, per respective partner requests.

* Apply knowledge of best practices in child welfare to protect all beneficiaries and mitigate risk factors when possible.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of all clinical activities per internal program policies.
* Maintain current, practical knowledge of international child protection policies and operational procedures.
* Meet regularly with the Program Director to consult on cases, review case plan decisions, and assess program participant progress.
* Attend meetings with program alliances and/or partners, as well as establish new relationships with relevant sector actors.

**Education / Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree in General, Clinical, or Educational Psychology.
* Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Family Psychotherapy, or related field (preferred).
