Monday to Friday schedule **JOB DESCRIPTION** **OBJECTIVE:** To ensure payroll calculation, electronic stamping (timbrado), and comprehensive payroll administration, guaranteeing compliance with applicable legal and tax regulations before the relevant authorities, as well as proper management of processes related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and control. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years managing payroll comprehensively. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOMIPAQ, Aspel NOI or similar). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency with IDSE, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, SUA, SIPARE platforms. * Experience managing multiple payroll frequencies: weekly, biweekly, and/or mixed. * Knowledge of current labor legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * \* Payroll preparation and calculation. * \* Management of incidents, vacations, medical leaves, and permissions. * \* Electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts. * \* Calculation of taxes and employer-employee contributions. * \* Employee registration, termination, and status changes with IMSS. * \* Preparation of severance payments and settlements. * \* Generation of administrative and accounting reports. * \* Addressing and following up on employee inquiries related to payroll. * \* Support during audits and fiscal-labor compliance activities. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** * \* Organization and planning. * \* Strong numerical analysis ability. * \* Responsibility and professional ethics. * \* Sense of urgency. * \* Effective communication. * \* Ability to work under pressure. **WE OFFER:** * \* Competitive salary. * \* Statutory benefits. * \* Job stability. * \* Excellent work environment. * \* Opportunity for professional development. * Monday to Friday schedule.
