Job Summary: Ballesol, with 40 years of experience, is seeking a Night Shift Nursing Assistant to perform personal hygiene assistance, meal support, general care, and resident support. Nursing Assistant Night Shift Main Responsibilities: \* Resident’s personal hygiene. \* Breakfast service, cleaning and preparation of utensils. \* Collection of residents’ clothing for laundry, salon care, diaper changes, and reception and distribution of meals on the floor or in the dining room. \* Dining room setup. \* Assistance in setting up food trays. \* Removal of food trays from residents’ rooms. \* General resident assessment. \* Afternoon snacks, walks, and assisting residents who cannot go to bed unaided. \* Assistance-related changes. \* Making beds. \* Organizing assisted residents’ clothing in closets. \* Room rounds (medication administration and fluid intake monitoring). \* Reporting shortages of personal hygiene items and diapers to supervision. \* Monitoring residents under mechanical restraint, etc. Ballesol does NOT request payments nor any type of confidential information—such as banking details or e\-signature—as a requirement for our selection processes.
