Warehouse Supervisor – Boutique Hotel (Holbox) Are you obsessed with order, control, and flawless operations? This role is not desk-bound: here, you make everything run smoothly. We’re looking for someone who maintains full control over the warehouse, ensuring every hotel department has exactly what it needs—when it needs it. **What will you do?** Manage supply orders for all hotel departments Monitor inventory (receipts, issues, shrinkage) Conduct physical inventories (daily, weekly, and monthly) Coordinate requisitions with kitchen, F\&B, maintenance, and housekeeping Receive goods, verifying quality, quantity, and condition Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper stock rotation (FIFO) Identify discrepancies and report them immediately Generate consumption, inventory, and shrinkage reports **You’re a strong candidate if:** You have at least 2 years of warehouse experience (ideally in hospitality or restaurants) You’re experienced working with real-time inventory You’re proficient in intermediate Excel and inventory management systems You’re organized, methodical, and possess exceptional attention to detail You remain calm and effective under pressure **What we highly value:** Honesty (handling supplies = total trust) Sense of urgency Communication with operational departments Ability to anticipate issues (not just putting out fires—but preventing them) **Conditions** Location: Holbox Salary: $12,000 to $16,000 monthly (based on experience) Includes meals and uniforms Real career growth within the group Position type: Indefinite-term employment Salary: $14,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
